Marc Rogers is a National Sales Manager. In this role, Marc is an expert at providing personalized service in case design, product positioning and training on fixed index annuities. In addition, he utilizes professional coaching techniques to show producers how to identify business that may have been overlooked and provides a proven method to for getting favorable introductions to new prospects. Marc works with top producers and producer agencies across the country and has been extremely successful in facilitating simplifying their lives and helping them achieve greater levels of success. In addition to working with agents and advisors, Marc specializes in helping Broker Dealers to grow the Fixed Annuity business. Marc is passionate about the insurance business and shares his successes by mentoring Junior Marketing Consultants on how to grow their books of business. Marc will personally work with and coach agents and advisors alike, to take their business to the next level.

Marc has been in the wholesale business for over 10 years and has also done personal production. Marc has been awarded the Allianz ADG #1 Marketer of the Year and was his prior company's Marketer of the Year in 2010, 2011 and 2012. In his prior position as Associate Vice President of Sales, Marc worked with the top, key accounts. He also mentored and trained the Marketing Consultants on the marketing team.
